How Much to Rent a Limo and other FAQ’s

Pricing varies usually by the size of the vehicle, make, model and time. An SUV rental on a weekday for three hours, including door to door service is at $498.  A stretch 10 passenger limo rental for 3 hours would be around $598, a Hummer limo at $995. Luxury Sprinter Vans at $895.00 and 14 passenger Expeditions limousine would be $895.00. Weekend rates would go up. Of course, each trip is custom made to your needs so pricing will vary, but this is the ballpark you can expect to pay for limo rental service in the DC area. We also have special rates for Executive Car Service. 

A Broker connects you with other limo services. One common broker is Limos.com. When you use a broker, you have no idea what kind of limo will actually show up. A broker has no knowledge of the condition of the car you are renting, nor the quality of the driver.  All the reviews that are posted on Limos.com are positive ones. They will not post severe bad reviews of the operators. A majority of the limo operators on that site have old and out of date limos and most of the amenities don’t work.

Presidential Limo is a Carrier. This means we own and maintain our own fleet of limos, hummers, buses and vans to rent. We have strict quality control over the limos we rent, and expect the highest customer

In order to keep our limousine rental fleet pristine, all our vehicles are non-smoking. No food is allowed in the limos, but you may have beverages such as water, soda, beer, wine and champagne. No sugar based drink mixes are allowed.

Presidential Limousine requires 50% non- refundable deposit at the time of reservation, if the reservation is 30 days outside of the event date. Balances are due 30 days prior to the event date. You can also choose to prepay. We accept major credit cards.

We maintain a fleet of limos that are no older than 5 years old, so the likelihood of breakdown is small. In extremely rare cases like a flat tire, or in the event of any breakdown, that portion of the time the vehicle is in-operable will be refunded to the client or you can have that down time at the end to make up for the lost time.

Presidential Limo is not responsible for things outside our control like road closures, accidents, traffic, etc.

Changes are not a problem. Dates and address change MUST be emailed to us. There will usually be no charge for an address change if it is in the same city or adjacent town. Address changes the same day of service are strongly discouraged. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit would be non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of service may result in a 100% charge. We cannot change the date of the service to another date. No exceptions!!

Presidential Limousine has been in business for over a 30 years. We have the proper licensing and carry $5 Million in coverage on all of our vehicles. We are fully equipped to provide executive car service to DC and the surrounding areas. 

Presidential Limo offer door-to-door service, which means we will be happy to pick you up and drop you off right where we start. All runs that we quote over the phone include up to 3 pickup address, 3 destination points and 3 drop off’s at the end of the night. Anything else may be subject to extra fee’s due to the cost involved. (Proms: 2 pickup addresses, 2 drop offs and up to 3 destination points).

Many cities also prohibit buses from going down minor roads (such as suburban roads). So for all Party Bus runs we prefer only 1 pick-up address and 1 drop at the end of the night. Please note that all runs involving the consumption of alcohol can’t begin in any parking lot where everyone has to get back in their vehicles at the end of the night and drive off.
